Training

Executive Care provides a detailed training program to prepare franchisees for operating their home care business effectively. The training includes several structured components:

  1. Initial Training Program
The franchisee and their Designated Manager must complete a 5-day training session at Executive Care’s corporate headquarters, followed by approximately 40 hours of on-site training. This is mandatory and must be completed before opening the business. Additional trainees may attend for a fee of $500 each.
  2. Training Content and Format
Training covers operations, marketing, sales, and system standards and may be delivered in person or through remote formats like webinars and videos. Franchisees must complete training to the franchisor’s satisfaction. Training locations and delivery methods are determined at the discretion of Executive Care.
  3. Ongoing and Additional Training
After launch, franchisees may be required to attend additional operational or sales training sessions. These may be held online or at a designated location, and Executive Care may charge $750 per day for this training plus travel expenses. Attendance ensures compliance with evolving system standards and operational excellence.

Territory Protection

Executive Care provides its franchisees with a protected territory typically covering a population of approximately 300,000 people. As long as the franchisee is in full compliance, Executive Care agrees not to establish or authorize another franchised business under the same brand within that defined area.

However, franchisees are not guaranteed exclusivity against all forms of competition, and Executive Care retains rights to certain marketing and distribution activities within the territory.

The franchisor reserves the right to operate or license other businesses under different trademarks, provide services through alternative channels, and serve National Accounts within the franchisee’s territory.
