Dos Toros Taqueria is a fast-casual restaurant serving San Francisco Mission-style Mexican food. Customers can build burritos, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, nachos, and salads with selected proteins, toppings, and house-made sauces.

The brand was founded in 2009 by brothers who grew up in Berkeley, California. Missing the taqueria food they knew from home, they opened the first Dos Toros restaurant near Union Square in New York City.

The concept began with the brothers' effort to recreate Mission-style burritos using carefully tested ingredients and recipes. It later added a franchise program while keeping steamed tortillas, melted Monterey Jack cheese, marinated meats, and signature hot sauces central to its menu. Dos Toros also offers online ordering and catering.
