1. Development Owner School: This foundational training is split into three sections: Development Owner School 101, 201, and the Development Owner Summit. The 101 course begins with four weeks of instructor-led virtual classroom training, followed by one week of live, in-person classroom training. This segment covers essential business operations, customer service, and the technical aspects of managing a CertaPro franchise.
2. Ongoing Education: After completing the initial training, franchisees participate in a 10-week webinar series, which includes weekly classes to reinforce what they’ve learned and address any challenges that arise as they begin operating their franchise. Additionally, the Development Owner Summit is an annual two-day event where first-year franchisees can further refine their skills and network with other franchise owners.
