BYou Laser Clinic is a fast-growing medical aesthetics franchise specializing in FDA-approved, non-invasive treatments. The brand launched its first clinic in mid-2020 in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, under the leadership of co-founder and CEO Irena Azaraev.
Franchising began in 2021, enabling entrepreneurs to open BYou clinics across the U.S.—with four units open as of 2024—and select expansion into Canada underway.
BYou Laser Clinic offers a wide spectrum of aesthetic services—laser hair removal, body sculpting, skin treatments, cosmetic injections, PRP hair restoration, and women’s wellness solutions—all using top-tier, FDA-approved technologies such as Candela GentleMax Pro, truSculpt, Venus Viva MD, and Aquapure.
What truly sets BYou apart is its “Results Guaranteed” policy: clients who don’t achieve adequate results after recommended sessions receive additional sessions at no charge—ensuring high satisfaction and strong client loyalty.

BYou Laser Clinic provides a structured set of training programs for franchisees and their staff. These are designed to ensure that each clinic is operated to the franchisor’s standards:
Initial Training Program BYou provides one Guarantor and up to three Key Persons from the franchisee’s team with an initial training program. This training takes place either at the clinic premises, the corporate office, an existing clinic, an affiliate’s location, or another site designated by BYou. It lasts two to three weeks and covers clinical operations, business management, technology, and client relationship management.
Training of New Key Persons If the franchisee hires new Key Persons, they must complete BYou’s required training within a reasonable time. The training may be held at a location designated by BYou, and no individual may manage a clinic without completing this training satisfactorily.

Territory Protection
BYou Laser Clinic provides franchisees with a designated territory defined by geographic boundaries, but it is not exclusive.
The franchisor agrees not to open another BYou Clinic in that territory, provided the franchisee complies with the agreement.
However, BYou reserves the right to compete through other brands, online channels, or similar businesses, and franchisees have no rights of first refusal or relocation. This means franchisees receive limited territorial protection rather than full exclusivity.
