2. Vehicle Setup and Product Training: Prior to training, the franchisee’s vehicle is equipped with necessary equipment and an initial inventory of bubble fluids and branded merchandise. This includes installations like vehicle wraps, shelving, LED lighting, and utility features essential for mobile events.
3. Operational Manual Access: Franchisees are loaned a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual, which includes detailed standards and procedures. This resource supports the franchisee throughout the training and ongoing business operation.

Territory Protection

Bubble Bus Franchise LLC provides a defined "Protected Territory" to its franchisees under the Franchise Agreement. This territory is designated before the agreement is signed and must include a physical mailing address within its bounds.

Franchisees typically operate from home but must ensure the business remains within the protected area, which is exclusively theirs for the duration of the agreement, barring any breach.

The protected territory means that Bubble Bus will not license another franchisee to operate within the area assigned to you. However, this exclusivity is tied to compliance—any failure to meet the franchise obligations may affect your territorial rights.
