Training

Augment provides a structured training program to ensure franchisees are well-prepared to operate their wellness studios effectively. The franchise outlines its training and assistance in Item 11 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.

1. Initial Training Program: Augment provides a mandatory training program before the franchise opens. This training covers various aspects of running the studio, including the operation of wellness services, compliance with brand standards, and use of the Operations Manual. Attendance is required, and any additional trainees may attend at the franchisee’s expense.
2. Ongoing Training and Support: After the initial training, Augment offers continued support through inspections, updates, and additional training sessions upon the franchisee's request. This ensures consistency in service quality and brand representation across locations.
3. Operations Manual: Franchisees receive a copy of the Operations Manual during the initial training. This manual, which may be updated periodically, includes detailed specifications, standards, and procedures necessary for the daily operation and management of the studio.

Territory Protection

Augment offers its franchisees a defined Franchise Territory but does not guarantee exclusive rights within that area. Franchisees are restricted from advertising outside their territory or using unauthorized distribution channels.

They are also not allowed to market in media whose primary circulation reaches beyond their assigned region unless they obtain prior written approval from Augment and any other affected franchisees.

While Augment does not operate directly competitive outlets within a franchisee’s territory, affiliated companies under different brand names may open nearby. These affiliates operate independently and may advertise or serve customers within Augment’s franchise territories.
