  1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees participate in a comprehensive 9-week training program at the Twin Peaks Training Center located in Dallas, Texas. This program covers all aspects of operating a Twin Peaks restaurant, including management, operations, and customer service.
  2. On-Site Pre-Opening and Opening Training: In addition to the initial training, Twin Peaks provides a minimum of 14 days of on-site training to assist with pre-opening and opening activities. This includes setting up the restaurant, training staff, and ensuring that all operational procedures are in place.
