Initial Training Program: This foundational training occurs before the business opens and covers operations, inspection protocols, administrative duties, and marketing strategies. It is designed for one participant, typically the franchisee, with costs for additional attendees borne by the franchisee.
On-Site Startup Assistance: After launch, The BrickKicker sends a representative to provide in-person support at the franchisee’s location—up to two days for new startup franchises and one day for conversions.

Territory Protection
The BrickKicker provides its franchisees with territory protection through the designation of an "Area of Primary Responsibility." This exclusive area is defined in the Franchise Agreement and is intended to give the franchisee operational space free from internal competition.
