The franchisor's initial training program includes up to six days of classroom instruction at their headquarters in Mission Viejo, California, covering topics such as technology management, employee management, marketing, sales management, and financial management.

Additional pre-opening training (26 hours) and post-opening training (61 hours) are delivered through online platforms, webinars, and phone consultations.

Training materials include a Brand Standards and Operations Manual, printed handouts, audio/visual presentations, and interactive activities like role-playing and case studies.

Territory Protection

TeamLogic IT provides a defined territorial protection to its franchisees to ensure operational exclusivity within their assigned area. Franchisees are granted the right to establish and operate their business within a specified territory outlined in a Territory Designation Sheet.

During the term of the franchise agreement, TeamLogic IT commits to not open, own, or franchise another TeamLogic IT business within this designated territory, ensuring that the franchisee does not face direct competition from the franchisor or other franchisees in that region.
