The program may involve classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and can be conducted in-person or through live virtual sessions, depending on circumstances.

Territory Protection

The NerdsToGo franchise provides its franchisees with a defined territory, which is detailed in Attachment A of the franchise agreement. This territory generally includes an area with a minimum count of 5,000 businesses, ensuring a specific market for each franchisee to focus their business efforts.

However, the franchisor retains discretion to modify the territory size if the business landscape changes, such as a significant increase in the number of businesses within the area.

Although franchisees are granted a designated territory, NerdsToGo and its affiliates reserve the right to engage in certain activities within that territory. This includes operating or franchising competitive businesses under different trademarks and serving customers within a franchisee’s territory in specific circumstances, such as when the franchisee is unavailable or in default.
