Training

CyberGlobal provides a multi-layered training program to prepare franchisees and their designated personnel for operational success. The training components include the following:

  1. Initial Training Program
CyberGlobal offers an initial training program at no charge for up to four individuals, which must be completed within 30 days before the franchise opens. This training covers the use of their proprietary systems and brand standards but does not include general business or operations training. New Responsible Owners or Franchise Managers must also complete this training before assuming their roles.
  2. Additional and Refresher Training
The franchisor may offer or require additional or refresher training sessions throughout the franchise term. These may be optional or mandatory depending on the circumstances, and franchisees are required to pay the then-current fees and associated costs for attendance.
  3. Remedial Training
If CyberGlobal determines that the franchise is not being operated in compliance with the franchise agreement or operations manual, they may mandate remedial training. This applies to the Responsible Owner, Franchise Manager, and other employees and includes additional training fees.

Territory Protection

CyberGlobal offers limited territory protection through the designation of a specific “Territory” described in the Franchise Agreement. Within this area, the franchisor agrees not to establish or license another franchise that is physically located in the same territory.

However, this protection is non-exclusive, meaning that CyberGlobal and its affiliates retain the right to operate or franchise businesses outside the designated territory, even if it affects the franchisee’s business.

Additionally, franchisees are not granted internet or e-commerce exclusivity within their territory unless explicitly allowed. CyberGlobal also reserves the right to engage in national accounts, alternative distribution channels, and marketing programs that may cross territorial boundaries.
