Initial Training Program: This thorough program encompasses various essential topics, including orientation, company overview and core values, an introduction to the franchise process, owner responsibilities, staffing and human resources, site selection, construction and design, facility and equipment training, pre-sales, sales and operations, benefits and studies, and more.
