The SweatHouz franchise offers an extensive initial training program for its franchisees:
Initial Training Program: This thorough program encompasses various essential topics, including orientation, company overview and core values, an introduction to the franchise process, owner responsibilities, staffing and human resources, site selection, construction and design, facility and equipment training, pre-sales, sales and operations, benefits and studies, and more.
Training typically takes place at the franchisor's headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or can be conducted virtually.
Additional and Ongoing Training: Franchisees and their employees may be required to participate in annual conferences or additional periodic or refresher training courses. All costs associated with these training sessions are the responsibility of the franchisee.
