The training is detailed, multi-format, and tailored to equip franchisees with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The following are the main types of training offered by the franchisor:
Initial Online Training Program: This core training lasts approximately six to eight weeks and is delivered through video lectures, web-based presentations, and one-on-one coaching. It covers essential topics such as operations, marketing, provider evaluation, contracting, and the use of technology and operating systems.

Senior Care Authority retains the right to advertise and market their brand and system within any territory, and to operate or license other businesses under different branding, even within an existing franchisee’s territory. Additionally, the franchisor may reduce or modify the territory upon renewal or transfer, or if the franchisee fails to meet performance expectations or contractual terms.
