SEASON 2 Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

SEASON 2 is a retail consignment franchise offering authenticated pre-owned luxury handbags, shoes, and accessories, serving fashion-conscious shoppers and resale entrepreneurs, and known for curated boutiques, sustainability-focused resale, and support for franchisees entering the upscale consignment market.

Season 2 operates a resale franchise focused on high-end, authenticated luxury handbags, shoes, and accessories. Launched in 2020, the brand centers its model on curated consignment, giving shoppers access to premium designer pieces at more attainable price points. Its headquarters are located in West Palm Beach, Florida, where the company manages operational systems, brand consistency, and franchise growth.

The franchise opportunity was introduced in 2022 in response to the accelerating interest in luxury resale. Season 2 blends boutique-style storefronts with an active online resale platform, providing customers with the ability to browse verified luxury items both physically and digitally.

What sets Season 2 apart is its strict authentication standards, elevated customer service, and contemporary retail atmosphere. The brand further enhances engagement through integrated digital features and live-shopping formats, helping franchisees connect with customers locally and beyond their immediate market.

Training

Season 2 Franchising LLC provides a comprehensive, multi-stage training program for its franchisees to ensure operational readiness and brand consistency. Below are the structured training programs offered:

  1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees must complete this training before opening their business. It includes classroom instruction and practical sessions, typically held at a designated location. Two individuals may attend without cost, but additional trainees incur a $1,000 fee each.
  2. Business Opening Training: One trainer is assigned to work a full 40-hour week at the franchisee’s location to support the business launch. The franchisee must reimburse the franchisor for the trainer’s travel, meals, and lodging expenses.
  3. Ongoing Training and Conferences: Franchisees are required to attend annual conferences and other training sessions as designated. These may include local or national meetings, and franchisees are responsible for related fees and expenses.
  4. Training for Managers and Employees: All managers and employees must complete training to the franchisor’s satisfaction. Replacement managers are also required to attend this training, and it may be mandatory for designated operating partners in legal entities.
  5. Refresher and Additional Training: Offered at the franchisor’s discretion, these sessions can be conducted at various locations. Franchisees may also request on-site training for a fee, currently $350 per trainer per day, plus expenses.

Territory Protection

Season 2 Franchising LLC offers its franchisees a defined protected territory, generally based on demographic and geographic factors such as household counts, population density, and key market metrics.

The protected territory typically includes a population ranging from 500,000 to 1 million people and may be delineated by ZIP codes, city or county lines, or specific streets. As long as the franchisee complies with their agreement, the franchisor agrees not to establish or allow another Season 2 location within that territory.

However, this territorial protection is limited. Season 2 retains the right to operate or grant other franchises outside the protected area, sell products through alternative channels (like online platforms), and allow others to operate within broader trade areas that might overlap.
