Founded by Candice Bruder in 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee, Pure Sweat Sauna Studio has established a distinctive presence in the wellness sector. The franchise embarked on its franchising journey in 2018, operating under two brands: Pure Sweat + Float Studio and Pure Sweat Sauna Studio.
Pure Sweat Studios offers a unique blend of wellness therapies, including infrared saunas, float therapy, and contrast therapy featuring a cold plunge. These offerings address the growing public interest in self-care and wellness.
More than just health treatment centers, the studios are designed to serve as community hubs where clients can connect, learn, and find inspiration.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
The franchisor for Pure Sweat Studios provides comprehensive training to franchisees, encompassing several essential components:
Initial Training Program Before commencing business operations, franchisees (or owners) must participate in and successfully complete the franchisor's initial training program. This program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training.
The classroom instruction is delivered via video conference or other technology, while the hands-on training takes place at one of the Pure Sweat Studio locations in Nashville, Tennessee. The franchisor reserves the right to adjust the duration or content of the training program for trainees with relevant prior experience.
Onsite Training Beyond the initial training, franchisees receive approximately 24 hours of onsite training at their own studio. This training includes consultation, advice, and hands-on support provided within two weeks before or after the studio's opening.
Additional Training and Consulting Services The franchisor may also offer additional training and consulting services upon request from the franchisee. These additional training programs can be either mandatory or optional, and the franchisor may charge a reasonable fee for these services.
Pure Sweat Studios offers territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring a secure market area. The franchisor assigns a protected territory to each franchisee, taking into account market variables such as population density and demographic data.
Within this protected territory, the franchisor guarantees that it will not establish or authorize any other Pure Sweat Studio businesses, provided the franchisee remains in compliance with their agreement.
