Training

PowerWashStore provides a comprehensive training framework to prepare its franchisees for successful operations. Here’s a detailed explanation of the training programs offered:

  1. Initial Training Program: PowerWashStore mandates an Initial Training Program for the franchisee and their Designated Facility Manager. This program spans at least 14 days and includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training. It must be completed between three to six weeks prior to the facility’s opening, with all associated expenses—such as travel, lodging, and meals—borne by the franchisee.
  2. Additional and Re-training: If PowerWashStore determines that either the franchisee or the Designated Facility Manager has not successfully completed the Initial Training Program, re-enrollment in the next session is required at an additional charge. Furthermore, if a new Designated Facility Manager is appointed, they must also attend and complete the Initial Training Program, with all costs covered by the franchisee.
  3. Continuing Training and Operating Assistance: PowerWashStore may require re-training or offer further operational assistance if it deems it necessary for the ongoing success of the franchise. While operational support may be provided through various means—including in-person visits, phone consultations, or other communication methods—all implementation decisions and associated costs are the responsibility of the franchisee.

Territory Protection

PowerWashStore grants franchisees a Protected Territory where no other PowerWashStore facility will be opened or licensed during the agreement term, provided the franchisee is in compliance. This territory is negotiated individually and described in the franchise agreement.

However, the franchisor retains the right to sell other products and services within the Protected Territory and may operate similar businesses without using the PowerWashStore marks. Other franchisees can also serve existing clients and accept unsolicited business within the territory, limiting the exclusivity of protection.
