Pinseekers offers indoor golf simulators and training facilities, providing a fun and convenient way for golf enthusiasts to practice and improve their game.

Pinseekers is a hybrid-golf entertainment franchise offering indoor simulator bays, mini putting courses, duckpin bowling, and event spaces. The concept was founded and launched in Waunakee, Wisconsin, where the company is still headquartered today. Operated by Pinseekers Franchise, LLC, the business was formally established in 2024.

The brand began franchising in 2024, offering opportunities for both single-unit and multi-unit development. The initial franchise fee is $50,000. Total investment ranges from approximately $14.6 million to $21.9 million, depending on location and build-out.

Pinseekers delivers a modern, indoor golf and entertainment experience using advanced Golfzon simulator technology. Customers can play over 200 iconic golf courses, practice their swing with real-time analytics, or enjoy arcade-style golf games. The venue also features a full-service restaurant, bar, private event areas, and climate-controlled bays for year-round use.

What sets Pinseekers apart is its mix of sports, tech, and hospitality. It combines state-of-the-art simulator golf with family-friendly attractions and a social dining atmosphere.

Training

Pinseekers provides a structured and mandatory training program for all new franchisees to ensure successful operations. The training is detailed in their Franchise Agreement and includes multiple components to prepare franchisees thoroughly. Here are the key elements:

  1. Initial Training Program: Pinseekers requires franchisees and their managing owners to attend an initial training program. This includes comprehensive instruction on the operation of the business, covering systems, procedures, customer service, and more.
  2. Training for Key Personnel: The franchisor may also require training for other employees, particularly those in key management positions. This ensures consistency and adherence to brand standards across all locations.
  3. Ongoing Training and Updates: Pinseekers may offer or mandate additional training sessions periodically. These may be in response to system updates, operational changes, or new offerings to keep franchisees aligned with the brand's evolution.

Territory Protection

Pinseekers does not offer exclusive territorial protection to its franchisees. Franchisees may be assigned a general area in which to select a site, but this does not equate to an exclusive or protected territory. The franchisor retains full discretion in approving proposed sites and does not guarantee market exclusivity or restrict its ability to approve nearby locations.

Site approval is based on various factors including demographics, traffic, competition, and lease terms. Even when a Multi-Unit Development Agreement is in place, territories are defined and approved based on current standards, without any assurances of exclusivity. Therefore, franchisees may face competition from other Pinseekers locations operating in close proximity.
