Training

Territory Protection

Franchisees may be assigned a general area in which to select a site, but this does not equate to an exclusive or protected territory. The franchisor retains full discretion in approving proposed sites and does not guarantee market exclusivity or restrict its ability to approve nearby locations.

Even when a Multi-Unit Development Agreement is in place, territories are defined and approved based on current standards, without any assurances of exclusivity. Therefore, franchisees may face competition from other Pinseekers locations operating in close proximity.
