Training

NINJA TRIX Franchising, LLC provides several structured training and support programs to help franchisees successfully launch and manage their Studio operations:

  1. Initial Training: After signing the franchise agreement, franchisees are enrolled in a required training program. This program prepares them to operate their Studio and is a core component of the pre-opening support.
  2. Brand Standards Manual: Franchisees are granted access to the Brand Standards Manual, which serves as a comprehensive guide for Studio operations, setup, and compliance with the brand's requirements.
  3. Opening Inventory Training: The franchisor’s affiliate supplies a standardized opening inventory package, including branded merchandise such as uniforms and promotional gear, ensuring franchisees start with consistent materials.
  4. Ongoing Operational Advice: Once the Studio is operational, NINJA TRIX provides consultation services and system updates. This includes guidance on daily operations and required administrative and inventory systems.

Territory Protection

NINJA TRIX Franchising, LLC does not provide explicit territory protection to its franchisees. The Franchise Disclosure Document and Agreement do not grant exclusive or protected territories, meaning the franchisor retains the right to establish additional franchise or company-owned studios in close proximity to an existing franchise.

As a result, franchisees could potentially face competition from other NINJA TRIX studios in the same geographic area. Although the franchisee is responsible for selecting and securing their own site, the franchisor must approve the location based on factors such as visibility, traffic, and competition.

However, this site approval process does not imply any territorial exclusivity. Franchisees should therefore not expect to operate without nearby system competition, and must be prepared to differentiate their services to maintain market share.
