Ninja Nation provides a structured training program to its franchisees:

  1. Initial Franchisee Training Program
    Ninja Nation provides an initial training program that covers the essential aspects of operating a Ninja Nation Business. This includes instruction on business operations, obstacle course management, customer service, marketing strategies, safety procedures, and compliance with brand standards.
  2. Mobile Unit Training
    Franchisees also receive training specific to the Ninja Nation Mobile Unit, which involves setup, operation, safety, and transportation logistics for mobile obstacle courses used in events, parties, and off-site activities.
  3. Onsite Assistance and Opening Support
    The franchisor offers onsite support during the grand opening of the franchise location. This includes hands-on guidance to ensure smooth operations, staff readiness, and implementation of best practices learned during the initial training.

Territory Protection

Ninja Nation grants franchisees an “Area of Protection” covering up to 100,000 people, where no other Ninja Nation business can open during the franchise term. This protected area is set using demographic data and applies to both physical locations and mobile unit operations.

The franchisor can still operate or allow others to operate outside this protected area, including at its edge. If a new franchise opens nearby, the mobile unit’s territory may be reduced to respect the new Area of Protection. The franchise’s continuation isn’t tied to sales or market performance.
