Beyond the initial training, Moe’s Southwest Grill is committed to the ongoing development of its franchisees. They offer continuous training programs that act as refresher courses, keeping franchisees up-to-date with any changes in operational procedures or brand standards.

Territory Protection

Franchisees are permitted to operate their Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurant only at the designated Accepted Location as specified by Moe’s Southwest Grill. If the restaurant site has not been approved at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement, franchisees must choose a location that meets Moe’s site selection criteria within a designated site selection area.

Franchisees do not have exclusive or protected rights within this site selection area. However, franchisees may be granted a territory with limited protection, referred to as an "Area of Protection."

Throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement, Moe’s Southwest Grill agrees not to establish or operate, nor authorize any other person to establish or operate, a restaurant under its Proprietary Marks and System within this Area of Protection. Exceptions to this protection include Captive Audience Locations, Delivery Kitchens, and other provisions outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
