Training

Imagine Arts Academy provides a comprehensive initial training program designed to equip new franchisees with the tools necessary for successful operation. The training includes the following components:

  1. Initial Training Program: This is a 4–7 day program conducted virtually or, at the franchisor's discretion, onsite at the franchisee’s location. It covers subjects such as program demonstration, training techniques, legal and compliance matters, equipment usage and setup, marketing and sales, recruiting and training personnel, financial controls, and understanding of the operational Manuals.
  2. Hands-On Instruction: Franchisees receive hands-on training in areas such as quality standards, bookkeeping, record keeping, accounting procedures, and overall franchise operations. The training also includes assistance in standardizing procedures and techniques essential to running the business.
  3. Additional Training (if requested): Franchisees can request extra training, which is provided based on feasibility and deemed necessity. This training costs $500 per day plus associated expenses such as travel and lodging.

Territory Protection

Imagine Arts Academy provides franchisees with a defined territory in which they can deliver their programs. This area includes schools, camps, libraries, party venues, and other suitable locations within the assigned region.

Franchisees are required to propose and obtain approval for their operating site, and while they primarily operate within their own territory, they may also be allowed to use an existing franchise site outside it under specific conditions.

The franchisor retains authority to regulate where and how services are offered, including the ability to allow shared use of facilities with other Imagine Arts Academy or Mad Science franchisees.
