GlobalGreen Insurance Agency is a franchise network of independent insurance agencies operating under a unified brand. Its parent franchising entity, Equity One Franchisors, LLC, was formed in 2007 and is headquartered at 15455 Conway Road, Suite 315 in Chesterfield, Missouri.
The company launched its franchise model in October 2007, giving local agents the opportunity to maintain independent ownership while leveraging a larger brand infrastructure. Over time, it also introduced licensing options starting in 2014 to provide additional flexibility for agency owners.
GlobalGreen franchises sell a full suite of insurance products, including home, auto, business, life, health, disability, dental, and long-term care coverage. Through partnerships with major carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, MetLife, AIG, and Hartford, the brand offers broad access to insurance markets and competitive product choices for clients.
What differentiates GlobalGreen is its hybrid model, which allows franchisees to operate locally while benefiting from national carrier contracts, marketing support, advanced agency systems, and shared branding.

GlobalGreen Insurance Agency provides a structured and multifaceted training program for its franchisees to ensure the effective operation of each agency. The training consists of several distinct components:
Initial Training Program The franchisor provides an initial training program after the franchise agreement is executed and before the agency opens. It typically lasts 3–5 days and is conducted virtually. Although there is no charge for the training itself, the franchisee is responsible for all associated expenses such as transportation, lodging, and meals. Completion of this program is mandatory for the Principal Owner or designated manager, unless the franchisee is already operating a GlobalGreen agency, in which case training is optional.
Supplementary and Additional Training If the franchisee requests any training beyond the initial program, they must pay a fee of $1,000 per trainer per day or partial day, in addition to all travel and accommodation expenses for the trainer.
Refresher Programs Refresher training programs may be provided to experienced managers, although these are not mandatory at the current time. The franchisor may charge a reasonable fee and require franchisees to pay for associated expenses such as tuition, travel, and lodging. The content, location, and duration of these programs have not been fixed and are determined by the franchisor.
Territory Protection
GlobalGreen Insurance Agency does not provide territory protection to its franchisees. Each franchisee is granted the right to operate at a single, specified location as outlined in the franchise agreement, but there is no exclusivity granted for any geographic area.

The agreement explicitly states that franchisees cannot interfere with the customers of GlobalGreen, its affiliates, or other franchisees. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to open or license others to sell competitive products or services, even in close proximity to an existing franchise.
