Territory Protection

The Conquer Ninja franchise provides each franchisee with a defined Designated Territory upon signing the Franchise Agreement. Within this area, and as long as the franchisee is in good standing, the franchisor agrees not to license or operate another business under the Conquer Ninja brand that features obstacle course equipment.

However, this protection does not guarantee exclusivity against all forms of competition, as the franchisor may still engage in similar operations under other brands or in unique venues such as corporate campuses or hospitals.

Franchisees should note that if a territory is marked as "to be determined," they are not granted exclusive rights until an approved location is established.
