Initial Training Program: This is required for the Franchisee and their Manager (if applicable) and must be completed within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement and before opening. It is held at a location designated by the Franchisor, potentially including Minnesota or Arizona, or virtually. While there is no fee for the first two attendees, the Franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses.

Within this area, and as long as the franchisee is in good standing, the franchisor agrees not to license or operate another business under the Conquer Ninja brand that features obstacle course equipment.
However, this protection does not guarantee exclusivity against all forms of competition, as the franchisor may still engage in similar operations under other brands or in unique venues such as corporate campuses or hospitals.
Franchisees should note that if a territory is marked as "to be determined," they are not granted exclusive rights until an approved location is established. Even within a designated area, the franchisor retains broad rights to sell goods and services under different branding or channels, such as online platforms.
