Initial Training Program The franchisor provides approximately 30 hours of initial training to the franchisee or designated Operating Principal. This training may take place virtually, at headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, or another designated location, and covers the franchisor’s methods and policies. Additional equity owners or employees may attend at no extra cost, subject to space availability.
