1. Initial Training at Corporate Headquarters: Franchisees participate in a six-day training program at the Bricks & Minifigs corporate headquarters. This program combines classroom instruction with practical, on-the-job training. Topics covered include store operations, purchasing strategies, customer service techniques, merchandising, and marketing practices.
2. On-Site Training: In addition to the headquarters training, franchisees receive up to three days of training at their own store locations. This hands-on training helps franchisees apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting, ensuring they are comfortable with day-to-day operations before the store opens.
3. Ongoing Support: After the initial training, Bricks & Minifigs provides continuous support to franchisees. This includes access to a comprehensive operations manual, ongoing advice, and assistance from the corporate team. This support ensures that franchisees can handle any challenges that arise and continue to grow their business successfully.

Territory Protection

Bricks & Minifigs franchisees benefit from territory protection, ensuring they have a defined area where no other Bricks & Minifigs stores can operate. This protected territory is determined based on factors such as population and mileage, which helps franchisees build their business without direct competition from other franchise locations within the same brand.
