Training 

Training may take place at a location designated by the franchisor or, if preferred, can be conducted through online webinars, live streaming, or other electronic methods. The training for all programs spans approximately six days, including around 27.5 hours of classroom instruction and six hours of on-the-job training.

Training Breakdown for the Basic Package

  • Kickoff/Day 1: This day covers topics such as the Mission Statement, Competition, Industry Overview, and Demonstrations. It includes seven hours of classroom instruction and two hours of on-the-job training.
  • Day 2: The focus is on Curricula training, where franchisees learn field movements and techniques for interacting with children.

Additional Training for the AA Complete Program

Franchisees who opt for the AA Complete Program will receive an additional training day:

  • Day 6: This day provides further Curricula training, with two hours of classroom instruction and two hours of on-the-job training.

Territory Protection

Amazing Athletes offers territory protection to its franchisees, granting them exclusive rights to operate within their assigned territory.
