Training

All Dogs Unleashed offers a structured and multi-tiered training program to ensure franchisees and their staff are equipped to operate effectively. The training covers pre-opening support, operational readiness, and ongoing skill development.

1. Initial Training Program: Before opening, the Operating Principal, General Manager, and Assistant Manager must complete the franchisor’s training program. It is conducted at a designated location and includes up to three attendees at no charge aside from a $50 materials fee per person. Additional attendees may join for an extra tuition fee, and all travel and lodging expenses are the franchisee’s responsibility.
2. Pre-Opening Consultation: The franchisor provides guidance on facility development, layout, equipment, trainer hiring, and other operational setup matters deemed necessary for a smooth launch.
3. Opening Assistance: Up to three days of on-site support is provided during the first 45 days after operations begin. More support may be available for a fee and based on personnel availability.

Territory Protection

All Dogs Unleashed grants each franchisee a “Service Area” defined by geographic markers such as ZIP codes or city boundaries, which is detailed in the franchise agreement.

Within this area, the franchisor agrees not to authorize another franchise to offer dog training, grooming, or boarding services, provided the franchisee remains in compliance. This territorial protection allows the franchisee exclusive rights to operate under the All Dogs Unleashed brand in that location.

Despite this protection, the territory is not classified as “exclusive.” Franchisees may still face competition from outlets owned by the franchisor or from alternative distribution channels the franchisor may operate.
