AlignLife offers its franchisees a protected territory based on a minimum population of 40,000 or a five-mile radius around the franchise location, whichever is satisfied first. The exact boundaries are determined using demographic factors such as population density, income levels, and traffic routes.
Franchisees retain this protection only as long as they remain fully compliant with all contractual and operational obligations. Despite this protection, AlignLife reserves certain rights that limit full exclusivity.
The franchisor may distribute goods and services under different brand names or through various sales channels, including online and telemarketing, even within the franchisee's territory.
