Weichert Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Weichert is a real estate brokerage known for its full-service approach to buying, selling, and renting properties, providing clients with comprehensive support and resources to navigate the real estate market effectively.

Founded in 1969 by Jim Weichert in Chatham, New Jersey, Weichert, Realtors has grown from a single office into one of the nation’s most recognized names in real estate. The company is now headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey, and has expanded its services nationwide. In 2001, Weichert began offering franchise opportunities through Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., with its first franchised office opening in 2002.

Weichert provides a wide array of services that go beyond traditional residential and commercial real estate transactions. The brand offers integrated support in mortgages, home and title insurance, and other related services, creating a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. This full-service model helps clients navigate the complexities of real estate with ease and confidence.

What truly sets Weichert apart is its “one-stop shop” approach, which combines multiple real estate-related services under one umbrella. This integrated model streamlines the transaction process and saves clients time and effort.
