Training

Initial Training Program
The Initial Training Program is mandatory for both the franchisee (or the managing owner) and one management personnel, offered at no cost if completed before the Studio's opening. This training focuses on the operational aspects of running a STRETCH MED studio and takes place at the Franchisor's Home Office or another specified location.

The program consists of approximately 28 hours of classroom instruction. While additional participants can attend, the franchisee must cover the current training fee for each extra attendee. All expenses related to travel, lodging, meals, or other costs for attendees are the responsibility of the franchisee.

Ongoing Training
STRETCH MED may periodically provide additional seminars or training programs, which can be mandatory for owners and managers. These programs might include webinars and in-person meetings scheduled on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. The franchisor reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for these seminars, with all associated travel and living expenses borne by the franchisee.

Territory Protection

The franchise offers territory protection to its franchisees, granting them exclusive rights to operate within a specified area. This protection is subject to the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the franchisor's policies, ensuring that no other franchisee can establish a studio within the defined territory.

This exclusive territory is designed to provide franchisees with a competitive advantage and the potential to maximize their market share. By securing a defined area, franchisees can focus on building their customer base and brand presence without the concern of internal competition from other franchise locations.
