iFlex Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

iFlex is a fitness franchise offering innovative stretching and mobility programs designed to enhance flexibility, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.

Founded in 2022 in Scottsdale, Arizona, iFlex Stretch Studios is a health and wellness franchise that specializes in professional assisted stretch therapy. Created by the same team behind The Joint Chiropractic, the brand was established to meet the growing demand for personalized mobility and flexibility services.

iFlex began franchising in the same year it was founded, offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to be part of a modern wellness solution aimed at improving clients’ physical well-being through targeted stretching sessions.

iFlex sets itself apart by focusing solely on assisted stretch therapy, a service designed to increase flexibility, improve posture, relieve muscle tension, and support injury prevention and recovery.

Each session includes a beginning and ending flexibility assessment conducted by trained, iFlex-certified stretch therapists, ensuring personalized and effective care. The studio experience is enhanced by a sleek, semi-private environment and professional-grade equipment tailored for optimal stretching.

Training

iFlex Stretch Studios provides a comprehensive training program for franchisees to ensure consistent operational standards across locations. The training provided by the franchisor includes the following programs:

  1. Initial Training Program
This is mandatory and must be completed before the studio opens. It includes two tracks: the Franchisee Training Program and the Stretcher Training Program. These programs are conducted at the corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ, and consist of both classroom and on-the-job training. At least three personnel (the franchisee, Studio Manager, and Lead Stretch Therapist) must attend and complete the training to the franchisor's satisfaction.
  2. Online Training and Web-Based Components
Part of the Initial Training Program is delivered online via webinars or designated learning management systems. This setup helps track participation, assess competency, and ensure knowledge retention. Training includes topics like the company’s history, obligations, and day-to-day operations.
  3. Ongoing Training Programs
Franchisees and their staff may be required to attend periodic additional training courses, regional meetings, conventions, and conferences. These sessions are designed to reinforce operational standards and may carry fees, such as the Franchise Meeting Fee of $1,000 per person.

Territory Protection

iFlex Stretch Studios offers limited territory protection to its franchisees. Franchisees are granted a “Protected Area,” typically defined as a two-mile radius from the front door of the studio, though in high-density markets like New York City or Los Angeles, this may be reduced to a half-mile radius.

As long as the franchisee complies with the Franchise Agreement, iFlex will not open or license another iFlex Stretch Studio within this designated area. However, this protection comes with notable limitations.

The franchisor retains the right to operate or license competing businesses (excluding other iFlex Stretch Studios) within the Protected Area. Furthermore, iFlex may distribute products or services via alternative channels, such as online platforms, even within a franchisee’s Protected Area.
