Slice House by Tony Gemignani Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is a pizza franchise offering a variety of regional styles, including New York, Sicilian, and Detroit-style pizzas.

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is a fast-casual pizza franchise that brings the culinary excellence of world-renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani to a wider audience.

Founded in 2010 in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood, Slice House began as an extension of the acclaimed Tony’s Pizza Napoletana, providing a quick-service alternative that maintained the same high standards of quality and authenticity.

In 2022, the brand officially launched its franchising program, responding to increasing consumer demand for premium, convenient dining experiences.

Headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, Slice House, the franchise’s menu is built around a variety of regional pizza styles, including New York, Sicilian, Grandma, Detroit, and California. Complementing the pizza offerings are calzones, strombolis, paninis, pastas, and fresh seasonal salads — all made with high-quality, often locally sourced ingredients.

Territory Protection

Slice House Franchising, LLC does not grant exclusive territories to its franchisees. Each franchisee operates at a single approved location, and while they may receive a defined "Site Selection Territory" to secure their location, this does not prevent other franchisees or company-owned units from operating nearby.

Franchisees may face direct competition from other franchisees, company outlets, or affiliated brands within or outside their area. The Site Selection Territory is determined solely by the franchisor based on demographics, market conditions, and other geographic factors.

There is no guaranteed minimum population or area size, and zip codes or city blocks typically define the boundaries. This setup gives Slice House flexibility to expand and operate without restriction, even within the same general region as an existing franchisee.
