Power Trucks USA is a specialty automotive franchise that provides aftermarket accessories and installation services for trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, and cars. The company was founded in 2005 as a small off-road and customization shop before evolving into a full-service brand.
It is headquartered in Warrenton, Virginia, under the franchisor entity Power Trucks USA Franchising LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company.
The franchise began offering opportunities in April 2021. Power Trucks USA locations sell and install a wide range of accessories, including wheels, lighting, lift kits, audio systems, and protective bed liners.
The brand stands out by combining product sales and professional installation services in a single one-stop shop, making customization fast and convenient for customers.
Here's what you would need to invest if you were to start this franchise. These costs are provided by the franchisor in the Franchise Disclosure Document.

Power Trucks USA provides a comprehensive training program to ensure that franchisees and their staff are fully equipped to operate their store in compliance with system standards. Training is required for the Managing Owner and one designated manager and must be completed within 45 days of the business start date. The training program may include classroom and on-the-job instruction and can be conducted at a franchisor-designated facility or remotely via web conferencing.
Power Trucks USA grants its franchisees a Designated Territory once an approved Store Location is secured. The size of this territory is typically either a 10-mile radius from the store or an area with a population of 100,000 people.
Within this area, the franchisor commits that, as long as the franchisee complies with all agreement terms, it will not establish or authorize another franchise using its system and marks inside that territory.
However, Power Trucks USA also reserves several rights that can limit the exclusivity of this protection. For instance, the franchisor can still use other distribution channels, including online sales, catalog sales, and telemarketing, to reach customers within the franchisee’s territory.
