Training

Pet Butler provides a structured training program for its franchisees to ensure they are well-equipped to operate the business effectively.

1. Initial Training: Before the business opens, Pet Butler offers an initial training program at no additional cost. This includes the services of an instructor during the business opening, approval of inventory and equipment, and delivery of a comprehensive training curriculum covering operational standards and procedures.
2. Ongoing Support: Throughout the franchise operation, Pet Butler provides periodic advice and support based on business reports and inspections. This support covers operational procedures, purchasing guidelines, marketing strategies, and financial management, conveyed through manuals, handbooks, and other educational materials.
3. Marketing and Pricing Guidance: The franchisor may establish pricing parameters and requires adherence to approved marketing practices. Franchisees must participate in local event marketing and are supported with approved promotional materials to maintain brand consistency.

Territory Protection

Pet Butler offers a designated territory to franchisees, typically including up to 60,000 single-family dwelling units (SFDUs), with options to expand for an additional fee. While the franchisor agrees not to open another Pet Butler location within the franchisee's territory, this protection applies only if the franchisee remains in full compliance with their agreement.

Franchisees are restricted from soliciting or operating outside their assigned territory. However, Pet Butler does not grant exclusive territory rights. The franchisor reserves the right to establish or allow others to operate similar or competitive services within the same territory under different trademarks.
