Scoop Soldiers provides a structured and multi-phase training program designed to ensure franchisees and their teams operate in line with the franchisor’s standards. Here are the training programs offered:
Initial Training Program The Managing Owner and one designated manager are required to attend and successfully complete an initial training program before opening. This includes both classroom and on-the-job instruction over a five-day period at the training facility in McKinney, Texas. Topics covered include operations, marketing, administration, and software training.
On-the-Job and Classroom Instruction The program totals approximately 51.5 hours—28.5 hours of on-the-job and 11.5 hours of classroom training. Subjects include field operations, standard operating procedures, marketing, administration, recruiting, and software systems.

Territory Protection
Scoop Soldiers offers a form of territory protection to its franchisees, but it is conditional. Franchisees are granted the right to operate within a designated “Operating Territory,” and as long as they are in full compliance with their agreement, the franchisor will not establish or permit another Scoop Soldiers business within that same area.
This agreement includes both the franchisee’s administrative office location and their customer base. However, this protection is not absolute.
The franchisor retains “Reserved Rights,” allowing it to operate or franchise other businesses using the Scoop Soldiers system and brand outside of a franchisee’s designated territory. Additionally, the franchisee does not receive rights of first refusal for adjacent territories or the opportunity to open additional locations unless separately agreed upon.
