Territory Protection

No-H2O grants territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring exclusive rights within a defined area. Under this protection, the franchisor commits not to establish any company-owned or franchised outlets selling similar goods or services under the same or similar trademarks within the franchisee's exclusive territory.

This protection remains in place as long as the franchisee complies with the franchise agreement and meets customer demand. However, the franchisor retains the right to use other channels, such as the internet, to market and sell different products or services, provided these do not compete with those offered by the franchisee within their protected territory.
