Dryvebox Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Dryvebox offers mobile golf simulators and training services, providing a convenient and fun way for golf enthusiasts to practice and improve their game.

Dryvebox is a cutting-edge mobile golf simulator franchise founded in 2020 in San Francisco, California. Its patented, climate-controlled trailer design uses top-tier simulator technology to deliver a premium golfing experience that can be set up virtually anywhere, from driveways to corporate events.

Dryvebox is headquartered in San Francisco, CA, and began franchising operations soon after launching its first trailers.

Each Dryvebox unit offers dual modes: a staffed event mode for celebrations, brand activations, and corporate functions, and a self-serve mode for individual or small-group rentals at fixed locations.

The modular design, solar-charged power, and ease of setup—less than 15 minutes—allow franchisees to operate without the need for a permanent facility or large overhead.

Training

Dryvebox provides a comprehensive training program for its franchisees to ensure consistency and quality across its network. The training is segmented into several key programs:

  1. Initial Training Program: This includes approximately 22 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of on-the-job training. Topics include company history, site selection, legal and accounting guidance, safety, marketing, and operations. Training is offered in San Francisco and virtually. This program is mandatory and must be successfully completed by the franchisee or a designated and approved individual.
  2. Launch Support and On-the-Ground Training: During the franchisee’s grand opening, Dryvebox sends representatives for two days to assist with the launch. This includes training on-site, guidance on inventory and vendors, and promotional video creation for the franchisee’s business.
  3. Management Training and Conventions: Dryvebox conducts periodic seminars and may require attendance at annual conventions. These sessions cover new management techniques and are intended to ensure ongoing operational excellence.

Territory Protection

Dryvebox offers franchisees a protected territory, which is typically defined by zip codes and designed to encompass approximately 500,000 residents. The actual population size may vary depending on local household income and golfer density, with adjustments made accordingly.

Franchisees may also purchase additional territory in blocks of about 100,000 people if they wish to expand their reach. Within their assigned territory, franchisees have the exclusive right to market, sell, and deliver simulator rentals and coaching services, while other franchisees and Dryvebox itself are restricted from doing so.
