CAFFE ARONNE Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

CAFFE ARONNE is a coffee-shop franchise offering specialty espresso drinks, iced coffee, pastries and café fare, serving urban café guests and commuters, and known for premium coffee craft, community-centred décor and supportive franchise program.

Caffè Aronne is a specialty coffee franchise known for its mobile espresso bars and kiosk cafés designed for flexible, modern operations. The brand was founded in 2018 in New York and remains headquartered at 976a Lexington Avenue in New York City.

The company began franchising in 2024, opening its concept to entrepreneurs looking for a fresh entry into the premium coffee market.

The franchise focuses on artisan, organic espresso beverages paired with light snacks and mobile catering services. Caffè Aronne emphasizes a “farm-to-cup” experience built around high-quality ingredients and Italian-inspired coffee culture. This focus on authenticity and craftsmanship gives the brand a distinct position in the competitive café industry.

Caffè Aronne sets itself apart through its dual-format model, offering both mobile units and fixed kiosk locations. This structure allows franchisees to operate at events, corporate gatherings, and high-traffic public spaces while also benefiting from more traditional café revenue.

Training

Caffé Aronne offers a comprehensive training program to equip franchisees with the knowledge and tools required to successfully operate their business. Here are the key training components:

  1. Initial Management Training Program
Franchisees, including principals and general managers, must complete an Initial Management Training Program before opening their location. This program includes classroom and on-the-job training across topics such as staffing, marketing, operational procedures, and customer service. It is held at the company’s New York facility or another designated location, and may be delivered virtually.
  2. Opening Assistance
Caffé Aronne provides up to two days of on-site support at the franchisee's location during opening. This includes supervision, training, and assistance from a trained representative, offered at no additional cost.
  3. Additional and Remedial Training
The franchisor may require attendance at ongoing training sessions or annual meetings. Franchisees who miss mandatory sessions must complete the training later at their own expense. On-site remedial training is also available upon request, with the franchisee responsible for per diem fees and associated travel costs.
  4. Managerial Training Requirements
Any newly appointed General Manager must complete the Initial Management Training Program at the franchisee's cost. This ensures that leadership maintains consistent operational standards.
  5. Consultation and Operational Support
Ongoing support is provided through various channels such as phone, video, or email. This includes assistance with marketing, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.

Territory Protection

Caffé Aronne grants each franchisee a designated territory within which they may operate their franchised business, tailored according to demographic data like population density and household income.

For mobile cafés and catering units, this territory comprises specific zip codes or geographic designations. In the case of non-traditional sites—like airports, hospitals, or train stations—the territory is limited strictly to the physical boundaries of that specific venue.

However, Caffé Aronne does not offer exclusive territory rights. Franchisees may still face competition from other franchisees, company-owned outlets, or other distribution channels controlled by the franchisor.

Additionally, the franchisor reserves the right to sell products under the Caffé Aronne brand through alternate channels such as e-commerce, retail outlets, and third-party partnerships, both inside and outside a franchisee’s territory.
