Training

Arwa Coffee franchise provides a structured training program designed to prepare franchisees and their teams for successful business operation. Here’s a breakdown of the key components:

  1. Initial Training Program
Franchisor offers a pre-opening training program for the Designated Manager and up to four additional employees at no cost, held at its headquarters or another designated location. This training must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction and covers essential operations of the coffee shop.
  2. Opening Assistance
At the time of launch, the franchisor provides an experienced representative—either on-site or virtually—to help the franchisee's staff become familiar with Arwa Coffee’s techniques and to guide them through the opening. This initial assistance is included, but any additional help requested will be billed at current rates.
  3. Additional and Remedial Training
Franchisees must send their Designated Manager and other selected employees to any additional training required by the franchisor. This may include courses through third-party providers, online modules, seminars, or in-person events, with all associated costs covered by the franchisee.
  4. Post-Opening Support
Franchisor offers advisory support after opening, including telephone and electronic consultations to help resolve operational issues and improve business performance, based on the franchisor’s judgment.
  5. On-Site Training Fees
If on-site training is scheduled and then canceled or unattended by the franchisee or their team, the franchisor charges a cancellation fee based on the training type and timing of cancellation notice.

Territory Protection

Arwa Coffee franchise provides a Designated Area once the Coffee Shop location is finalized, offering franchisees a form of territorial protection. Within this Designated Area, no other franchise locations will be authorized, except in Reserved Areas such as malls, airports, hospitals, and other high-traffic venues. This protection ensures exclusivity in standard retail areas but does not cover special-use locations.

However, Arwa Coffee retains broad rights to operate or authorize operations in Reserved Areas even if they fall within a franchisee’s Designated Area. The franchisor can also sell products through other channels such as the internet or telemarketing, and does not compensate franchisees for sales made this way.

Franchisees are restricted from marketing outside their territory without written approval, and any such permissions can be revoked at the franchisor’s discretion.
