Training

Wing Snob provides an in-depth Training Program tailored for franchise owners or their designated managers.

Initial Training Program This program is conducted at Wing Snob’s headquarters in Detroit, Michigan, online, or at the franchisee’s restaurant location. It covers all critical aspects of operating a Wing Snob restaurant and must be successfully completed before the restaurant opens. Failure to satisfactorily complete this training can lead to the termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Ongoing Support and Assistance Wing Snob offers continuous support and assistance to franchisees, providing general guidance through various communication channels. This support is available both before the restaurant opening and throughout the duration of the agreement, ensuring the successful operation of each franchise.

Qualified Replacement Training If a franchisee’s Designated Owner or Manager is no longer actively managing the restaurant, their successor must complete the Initial Training Program within a set timeframe. Wing Snob prioritizes having well-trained personnel managing each franchise.

Territory Protection

Wing Snob grants franchisees a "Designated Territory," generally covering a four-mile radius around their franchise location. This area may be adjusted based on factors such as demographics, market demand, and the presence of other businesses, potentially leading to smaller territories in densely populated urban regions.

Franchisees have the right, though not the obligation, to offer catering and third-party delivery services within their Designated Territory. When providing these services, franchisees must comply with Wing Snob’s standards and guidelines.

Franchisees are prohibited from operating or soliciting business outside their Designated Territory without Wing Snob’s prior written consent, except for the specified services.
