  1. Initial Training Program: This program is mandatory for at least two individuals, including a manager who owns at least 20% of the franchise and works at the location at least half the time. The training can be conducted online or at a designated location and must be completed before the Victory Lane Center opens.
  2. Staff Training and Additional Sessions: Franchisees are responsible for training new managers and staff using approved trainers who have completed the franchisor's programs. Additional or remedial training may be required if operations fall below standard or upon request. The franchisor charges up to $500 per trainer per day, plus associated expenses.
  3. Ongoing and Industry-Specific Training: Franchisees are required to participate in ongoing training which may include industry sessions like those offered by the Automotive Oil Change Association. Attendance at refresher training or conventions may also be mandated.

Territory Protection

Victory Lane grants franchisees an exclusive territory, typically defined by a five-mile radius or specific population metrics. Within this area, no other Victory Lane Centers will be opened or licensed.

However, the franchisor retains the right to sell through alternative channels like mobile units or online platforms, even within the franchisee’s territory.
