Training

Kwik Kar provides a robust training program designed to ensure franchisees operate successfully and consistently across its network. The franchise offers multiple training components that support both new and existing operators:

1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees or their Principal Owners must attend this mandatory training, which includes 3–4 days of classroom instruction and 5 days of hands-on training. It may be extended by up to five more days based on need and is conducted in Greenwood Village, Colorado or other designated locations.
2. Remote and On-Site Training: Kwik Kar provides remote training and may also offer in-person training sessions, depending on operational needs. Additional on-site training is available upon request for a fee.
3. Certification and Specialized Training: Optional or required programs are available through FullSpeed University to certify employees in specific services offered at Kwik Kar centers.

Territory Protection

Kwik Kar does not grant exclusive territorial rights to its franchisees. The franchise designates a “Designated Area” solely for the purpose of helping the franchisee select a proposed site for their Kwik Kar Center.

However, this area does not imply any exclusivity or protection against other franchisees or corporate locations, either before or after the agreement is signed.

While the Designated Area helps define where a franchisee can operate, it does not prevent Kwik Kar from placing other centers nearby or even within that same area. There is no contractual promise that additional centers won’t be developed in proximity.
