SUCCESS Space Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

SUCCESS Space is a co-working franchise that provides workspace solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The franchise offers flexible office spaces, meeting rooms, and professional services, with support for marketing and operations.

Founded in 2021 by SUCCESS® Enterprises, SUCCESS Space is a modern coworking franchise built to support the changing dynamics of the professional world. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company began franchising the same year with a mission to bring flexible, on-demand workspaces to suburban markets.

Backed by eXp World Holdings, SUCCESS Space merges innovation in coworking with access to personal development resources. Each SUCCESS Space location provides a comprehensive range of services, including private office rentals, collaborative open seating, and full-service cafés.

Members also enjoy high-speed internet, meeting and event spaces, and access to certified business coaching. The franchise integrates cutting-edge virtual communication tools, ensuring remote workers and teams stay connected and productive.

What differentiates SUCCESS Space is its suburban focus and community-driven approach. While many coworking brands target major urban centers, SUCCESS Space brings professional-grade facilities to residential neighborhoods.

Training

SUCCESS Space provides a comprehensive training program for franchisees to ensure consistent operational standards and support. Here are the key training programs offered by the franchisor:

  1. Initial Training Program
This is mandatory for the Managing Owner and Designated Manager. It includes both virtual and in-person components. The virtual portion involves approximately 36 hours of training via a Learning Management Platform, covering lectures, interactive role-playing, conference calls, and webinars. After completing virtual training, trainees attend a 3 to 5-day in-person session at the facility in Flower Mound, Texas.
  2. SUCCESS Space Coaching Certification Program
This certification is required for the Business Coach and Managing Owner. It ensures they are prepared to deliver the business coaching services that are a core offering of the franchise.
  3. Remedial Training
If a facility is found non-compliant during inspections, the Managing Owner, Designated Manager, and/or Business Coach may be required to attend training sessions to correct operational deficiencies.

Territory Protection

SUCCESS Space grants territory protection to its franchisees by defining a specific geographic area in the Franchise Agreement. This area, referred to as the “Territory,” is determined at the time of signing and will not change even if external boundaries like zip codes are later modified.

The Territory typically includes a minimum population base and may be depicted on a map attached to the agreement. During the franchise term, SUCCESS Space agrees not to establish or license another facility within a franchisee's protected territory, with exceptions such as Limited Services Facilities or Acquisitions.

For area developers, the agreement similarly protects the development territory against internal competition for the duration of their contract. However, upon renewal, the franchisor reserves the right to adjust territory boundaries based on its current policies.
