Training

Sneakybird Franchising, LLC provides several structured training programs to ensure franchisees are well-prepared to operate their restaurant. These are outlined in their Franchise Disclosure Document and include both pre-opening and ongoing support:

  1. Initial Training Program
Before the restaurant opens, Sneakybird offers a mandatory initial training program. This is designed for 2 to 3 attendees per franchisee and must be completed in Scottsdale, Arizona. The program includes operational training and costs an estimated $5,300 to $8,000, covering travel, lodging, meals, and other related expenses. While the training itself is provided at no extra cost by Sneakybird, the franchisee is responsible for these associated expenses.
  2. Manual and Operational Guidelines
Franchisees receive access to Sneakybird's proprietary Manual, which includes detailed architectural plans, product specifications, supplier lists, menu descriptions, and trade dress guidelines. This Manual serves as an ongoing operational reference to maintain consistency and standards.
  3. Periodic Training Programs
During the operation of the restaurant, Sneakybird offers periodic training opportunities. These are intended to keep franchisees up to date with new procedures, technologies, or standards and may be conducted at various times throughout the franchise term.

Territory Protection

Sneakybird Franchising, LLC does not offer exclusive territory protection to its franchisees. Franchisees are required to select a site within a designated Site Selection Area outlined in the Franchise Agreement, but this does not guarantee exclusivity.

The franchisor retains the right to approve or disapprove site locations, but the approval of a site does not prevent other franchisees or the franchisor from operating nearby.

While the site approval process is structured and involves a thorough review of factors such as traffic, visibility, and competition, the franchisee’s location is not protected from internal competition.
