Training

Oxi Fresh provides a comprehensive suite of training programs to ensure franchisees are well-equipped to operate successfully:

  1. Initial Training Program
Oxi Fresh requires each franchisee or their designated Operations Manager to complete an Initial Training Program before delivering their first cleaning service. This program spans up to 18 hours over two business days and is conducted at the franchisor’s facilities in Lakewood, Colorado. It includes core business operations training and is a prerequisite for starting operations.
  2. Advanced Training Program
Franchisees must also attend an Advanced Training Program within 90 to 180 days after the franchise agreement becomes effective. This training delves deeper into business and operational strategies and is mandatory. Although there is no tuition, franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses, with partial reimbursement provided under certain conditions.
  3. Commercial/Pull System Training Program
This optional program focuses on commercial cleaning services and marketing strategies specific to commercial clients. Franchisees must pay an additional $400 per attendee, and the program can be conducted either independently or in conjunction with the initial training, depending on scheduling.

Territory Protection

Oxi Fresh grants its franchisees a defined "Protected Territory" in which no other Oxi Fresh businesses will be operated or franchised by the company. This territory is delineated by zip codes, city limits, or other geographical markers and typically includes around 110,000 households.

As long as the franchisee remains in compliance with their agreement, this territory is secured, even if population density increases. However, the protection is not absolute.

Other franchisees may conduct Broad Area Marketing that reaches into a franchisee’s Protected Territory and may accept business from referrals or unsolicited inquiries originating there. Furthermore, Oxi Fresh reserves the right to temporarily authorize another franchisee to operate within your Protected Territory if you report an inability to service certain areas.
