Training

Invigorate Wellness provides its franchisees with structured training and support designed to help them launch and manage their mobile wellness businesses effectively. Completion of the initial training is mandatory before opening a franchise, and franchisees are responsible for travel and lodging expenses related to the training.

1. Initial Training Program:
   This training begins no sooner than three months before the franchisee’s opening date and must be completed successfully. It equips franchisees with knowledge on operating standards, inventory handling, and management processes.
2. Staffing Guidelines and Operational Instructions:
   The franchisor provides suggested staffing guidelines and operational instructions which can be used for onboarding and training new employees. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the franchisee.
3. Ongoing Training and Support:
   Invigorate Wellness may offer additional training programs and operational guidance throughout the franchise term. This includes updates on system improvements, operational techniques, and problem-solving assistance.

Territory Protection

Invigorate Wellness provides its franchisees with a designated Territory as part of the franchise agreement. This Territory is agreed upon jointly before the purchase of the business and is typically defined based on population and zip codes, with a standard area covering at least 100,000 people.

Given the mobile nature of the business, the franchise is expected to operate from the franchisee’s home, and no site approval is required for operation. While franchisees are assigned a Territory, Invigorate Wellness does not offer absolute exclusivity within that area.

The agreement allows the franchisor discretion in establishing Cooperatives or conducting regional marketing efforts that may include overlapping activities.
