For Mobile Clinics, the franchisor will not establish another clinic within the designated area, typically serving at least 30,000 residents aged 65 or older.
However, services outside this territory require prior written consent, and protection does not prevent indirect competition. For Brick and Mortar Clinics, the territory usually spans a 1-block radius in urban areas or a 3-mile radius in suburban or rural settings.
