Eufloria Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

Eufloria offers a variety of high-quality CBD products, including oils, edibles, and topicals, promoting wellness and relaxation.

Eufloria is the first fully trademarked cannabis dispensary franchise in the United States. Launched in 2019 by three U.S. Marines in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it set a new benchmark by standardizing cannabis retail across both THC and CBD markets.

The company is headquartered at 36 E. Cameron Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operates under Eufloria Franchising LLC, which was established in June 2019.

Eufloria began offering franchise opportunities in mid-2019, expanding rapidly from its first store opening in September 2019. The franchise offers both full-service dispensaries and kiosk models, designed to serve a wide range of consumer needs in the cannabis space.

Eufloria differentiates itself with a consistent, education-focused retail experience that emphasizes safety, legal compliance, and high-quality products.

Training

Eufloria Franchising LLC offers comprehensive training to ensure franchisees are prepared to launch and operate their Eufloria Business successfully. The training programs provided are as follows:

  1. Initial Training Program
Eufloria provides a formal Initial Training Program before the business opening. This includes training for the franchisee and/or their designated manager and covers operations, customer service, compliance, and other core business functions. The training is provided either in person or via telephone at the franchisor’s discretion.
  2. Replacement Manager Training
If a franchisee hires a replacement manager after the initial launch, Eufloria offers training for the new hire at a location determined by the franchisor. There may be an additional fee for this service, and it ensures continuity in business operations when staffing changes occur.
  3. Conferences and Ongoing Education
Eufloria may offer annual regional or national conferences to foster knowledge exchange and provide updates on system developments. Franchisees may be required to pay a participation fee based on actual event costs. These gatherings are designed to strengthen the franchise network and keep franchisees informed of best practices and innovations.

Territory Protection

Eufloria Franchising LLC does offer territory protection to its franchisees, but with specific conditions. Upon entering into a Franchise Agreement, the franchisor approves a defined Territory within which the franchisee is permitted to operate their Eufloria Business.

Franchisees are prohibited from soliciting business outside their Territory through toll-free numbers, direct mail, websites, or social media platforms unless they have received prior written approval. This geographic restriction is intended to limit competition among franchisees within the Eufloria system and to provide some level of exclusivity.

However, it’s important to note that the agreement does not guarantee that no other Eufloria franchise or corporate-owned outlet will be placed near the assigned Territory. The protection is more operational and marketing-based rather than a formal exclusivity clause barring any nearby development.
