Resting Rainbow offers a comprehensive training program to prepare franchisees and their staff for successful operations. The training is structured into several key programs:
Initial Training Program: This must be completed by the Operating Principal and designated Owners before opening. It spans approximately two to three weeks and is usually held in-person at the franchisor’s headquarters in Miami, Florida. Successful completion is mandatory and may include proficiency tests.
Additional Training: After launch, the franchisor offers both required and optional training sessions at locations and times they designate. These can be conducted in-person, online, or via video, and are sometimes delivered by third parties.
Remedial and Repeat Training: If a franchisee’s performance drops below standards, remedial training may be required. Fees for this include $500 per day plus reasonable expenses.
Territory Protection
Resting Rainbow offers franchisees a defined protected territory, typically encompassing 75,000 to 100,000 households.
