One Endo Franchise FDD, Costs & Fees (2025)

One Endo offers endodontic services and specialized dental care, providing expert treatment and advanced techniques to ensure optimal oral health.

One Endo is a specialized endodontic franchise established in 2022 to deliver high-quality root canal and microsurgical care. It was founded by experienced endodontists Dr. Dean Saccomanno and Dr. Nick Mastroianni in New York and Connecticut.

The company is headquartered in Mamaroneck, New York. In 2023, One Endo began franchising, giving dental professionals a chance to own doctor-led practices under a unified, trusted brand.

One Endo clinics offer a wide range of endodontic services. These include root canal therapy, retreatment, emergency procedures, microsurgery, pediatric care, apexification, trauma repair, pulpectomy, and internal bleaching.

Clinics are equipped with advanced 3D CBCT scanners, surgical microscopes, sedation systems, and digital patient portals. This ensures efficient, comfortable, and modern treatment experiences.

Training

One Endo offers a comprehensive training structure to equip franchisees with the knowledge and tools necessary for operating their endodontic practice:

  1. Initial Training Program: Franchisees must have at least two and up to three managerial or supervisorial personnel, including at least one ownership partner or designated principal, attend a two-week training. This includes classroom training at headquarters and on-site sessions at a franchisor or affiliate-owned One Endo practice. Training must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction within six weeks before opening.
  2. Supplemental and Refresher Training: One Endo may mandate refresher and supplemental training sessions at locations it designates. Attendance by franchisee owners or new owners may be compulsory, and all associated costs are the franchisee’s responsibility.
  3. On-Site Training and Additional Requests: Franchisees can request additional on-site training, for which they must cover all related expenses plus a training fee (e.g., $2,000 for on-location sessions). The franchisor may send representatives to conduct up to seven days of pre- or post-opening training if deemed necessary.

Territory Protection

One Endo provides its franchisees with a defined Protected Territory, established at the time the Franchise Agreement is signed. This territory may be based on zip codes, geographic boundaries, or a radius from the franchised location, and its extent depends on factors such as population density and number of endodontist offices.

The franchisee is expected to operate solely within this Protected Territory, and any relocation of the business must be approved in writing by the franchisor. Within the Protected Territory, One Endo agrees not to establish or authorize another One Endo practice, provided the franchisee remains in compliance with the Franchise Agreement.

However, One Endo and its affiliates reserve broad rights, including the ability to operate or license other businesses using the same or different marks outside of the Protected Territory.
